APPLY TO BECOME A RESEARCH ASSISTANT (RA)

Research assistants in the EAST Lab will acquire valuable experience conducting psychological research and will have the opportunity to assist firsthand with projects related to employee assessment, selection, and training that have relevance for many applied jobs, both in the field of I/O Psychology and beyond.

WHO CAN APPLY

Students enrolled at the University of Texas at Arlington may apply to the lab to become RAs either as volunteers or for course credit.

Students affiliated with other colleges or universities may also participate in the lab virtually.

Prior experience in psychology and research methods is helpful, but not required.
