Patrick is a first-year doctoral student in Experimental Psychology at UTA. He previously obtained his M.S.  in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from St. Mary’s University in May 2021. Prior to coming to UTA, Patrick spent several years working in industry, in both the public and private sectors. Patrick’s research interests are in research methods, job analysis and competency modelling, selection and assessment, and performance management. Patrick has presented at the Society for Industrial Organizational Psychology annual conference and has coauthored 2 peer-reviewed publications.
